E-Commerce & Logistics Coordinator

Position Overview

Remote Medical Training (RMT) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Logistics Coordinator to manage equipment logistics, warehouse operations, and e-commerce fulfillment. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient procurement, tracking, and distribution of training materials while maintaining high standards of safety, organization, and readiness.

The ideal candidate has experience in logistics, vendor management, e-commerce operations, and facilities maintenance. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, are solutions-oriented, and take pride in keeping warehouse and vehicle operations running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Equipment Coordination

  • Schedule, execute, and coordinate logistics for training equipment and supplies.
  • Track inventory, availability, and distribution to support seamless training programs.
  • Improve logistics workflows for equipment procurement and deployment.
  • Maintain warehouse efficiency and ensure equipment is always ready for use.

Warehouse Organization & Maintenance

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Implement inventory control procedures to manage supplies and track stock levels.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of warehouse facilities.
  • Dispose of outdated or damaged equipment per regulatory guidelines.

Vehicle Management & Readiness

  • Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness of company vehicles.
  • Ensure regular vehicle servicing and track maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain detailed records of vehicle usage, mileage, and assignments.
  • Ensure proper loading and secure transport of equipment.

Training Equipment Maintenance & Readiness

  • Perform routine checks, repairs, and servicing of training equipment.
  • Implement a preventative maintenance plan for high-use gear.
  • Track maintenance schedules and report major equipment issues.

Online Store & Order Fulfillment

  • Maintain accurate inventory for training materials and equipment.
  • Manage online product listings and stock levels.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers for timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to online store purchases.

Vendor & Supplier Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Research and negotiate pricing and service contracts.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and timely deliveries.

Communication & Reporting

  • Provide regular reports on inventory levels, equipment usage, warehouse conditions, and logistics operations.
  • Coordinate with instructors and program managers to align logistics with course schedules.
  • Identify and communicate logistical challenges and recommend solutions.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Assist in improving inventory tracking and asset management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
  • Support process improvements for warehouse and logistics efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain management, or e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Experience with online store platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and vendor negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and vehicle safety standards.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience in medical training, emergency response, or healthcare industries.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management and distribution operations.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices.
  • Experience with fleet management and vehicle maintenance tracking.
