The Marketing, Sales & Customer Service Associate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting marketing initiatives, including social media and event coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and results-driven.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to support sales, customer service, and marketing efforts in a hybrid role that drives revenue and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service (60%)

Generate and follow up on sales leads to drive revenue.

Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide excellent service.

Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer value.

Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Maintain and work with an e-commerce store.

Resolve customer concerns with a focus on satisfaction and retention utilizing existing case management & tracking systems.
Marketing & Events (30%)

Assist in developing marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.

Manage and update company social media accounts.

Coordinate small events, trade shows, or brand outreach efforts.

Support email marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs.
Administrative Support (10%)

Maintain customer databases and records.

Track inventory as it relates to sales and promotions.

Provide general support to sales and marketing leadership.
Qualifications

Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (or a combination of these fields).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with CRM systems, social media management, and marketing tools.

Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

High school diploma required; additional education in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
