The Marketing, Sales & Customer Service  Associate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting marketing initiatives, including social media and event coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and results-driven.

Remote Medical Training  is a growing company specializing in Remote & Wilderness Medicine. We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality products and services while maintaining exceptional customer relationships and a strong brand presence. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to support sales, customer service, and marketing efforts in a hybrid role that drives revenue and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service (60%)

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to drive revenue.

  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide excellent service.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize customer value.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

  • Maintain and work with an e-commerce store.

  • Resolve customer concerns with a focus on satisfaction and retention utilizing existing case management & tracking systems.

Marketing & Events (30%)

  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials.

  • Manage and update company social media accounts.

  • Coordinate small events, trade shows, or brand outreach efforts.

  • Support email marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs.

Administrative Support (10%)

  • Maintain customer databases and records.

  • Track inventory as it relates to sales and promotions.

  • Provide general support to sales and marketing leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing (or a combination of these fields).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, social media management, and marketing tools.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma required; additional education in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
