Job Summary:

As a Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator, you will be a key player in managing equipment and delivering outstanding customer service for our training courses. This dynamic role demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a customer-centric approach.

Flexible Work Hours:

Individuals are able to self-schedule 10 hours per week outside of customer service hours, which are M-F 9am-3pm. During the Customer Service hours, you will be required to physically be at our office & warehouse location. This flexibility empowers you to tailor your work schedule to better align with both your professional responsibilities and personal commitments.

Key Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service for all products and services.
  • Handle phone inquiries and address customer service questions promptly.
  • Assist in project implementation, delivery, and closure.
  • Coordinate quality assurance, quality control, and process improvement.
  • Perform project administrative duties as assigned.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's capabilities, products, and services.
  • Identify business development and sales opportunities.
  • Run targeted advertising campaigns on social media and Google Ads.
  • Execute public course project sales orders and invoices.
  • Maintain an active and positive presence for the company on social media.

Logistics-Specific Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, execute, and coordinate the logistics of project equipment.
  • Build and maintain vendor relations for equipment purchases.
  • Communicate logistical issues to the Director of Logistics.
  • Develop and enhance operational and administrative functions related to logistics and warehouse coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in office management software (Office 365, etc.).
  • Sound judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Ability to balance results with other business considerations.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Current graduate of RMT Training course (Wilderness First Responder or higher) or successful completion within the first year.
  • One to three years of related customer service or training experience.
  • Working knowledge of project management software.
  • 2+ years of project coordination experience preferred.
  • Associates degree or higher preferred.
