Overview
Cardio refers to the heart and pulmonary refers to the lungs. CPR consists of moving blood to the heart and brain by giving chest compressions and providing rescue breaths (also known as mouth-to-mouth) to keep oxygen flowing into the patient’s lungs. Proper and prompt CPR serves as a holding action until defibrillation and advanced care can be provided.

Our CPR/AED course is a 2 hour training that includes short lectures, interactive labs, and realistic practice scenario that helps our students master the central concepts of CPR and AED skills
