Certified as a Washington State and National Registry EMT-B, Harrison Brickman has dedicated the past decade to the specialized and demanding field of mountain rescue. Serving as the Vice President of Bellingham Mountain Rescue, Harrison remains highly active on the front lines, responding to an average of 20 wilderness emergency call-outs each year. This extensive, hands-on field experience encompasses not only active search and rescue operations but also teaching advanced alpine, rope, and wilderness medical rescue techniques. As an instructor, Harrison draws upon this continuous, high-stakes operational background to equip students with the practical, field-tested skills necessary to manage complex emergencies in the most rugged environments.
