Onsite: February 23-28, 2026
An intensive, 5-day residential program for advanced medical providers. This course focuses on adapting existing clinical skills for austere environments through hands-on training and a culminating prolonged field care scenario.
Location - Bellingham
Situated between the Puget Sound and the North Cascades, our Bellingham location provides a premier training ground. The region's diverse forests, mountains, and marine environments offer dynamic, realistic scenarios. Courses convene daily at our training facility (address listed below). For off-site training, students will have the chance to communicate with other students and instructors to coordinate transportation needs.

Prerequisites
Eligibility: You must be 18+ years old and hold current certification as a Paramedic, AEMT, RN, PA, or MD.
Physical Ability: You must have the ability to lift 250 lbs with assistance.
Documentation: A copy of a government-issued photo ID is required.
